Telephone number for the consignee - necessary for the selection of certain delivery methods (required by carriers).
 

In case when placing an order, the Customer chooses to issue a sales document for other data than those indicated during registration or placing an order, we ask for additional information:

name and surname or company/institution name - necessary to issue a proof of sale;
address (street, house number and/or house and apartment number, postal code and city) - necessary for the issue of the sales receipt;
The data provided in the course of placing an order are processed by www.tiande.co.uk and the following entities within the scope specified below:

the name, address, telephone number, e-mail address indicated as the delivery address are transmitted to transport companies in the form of a label/bill of lading being at the same time an order for delivery of the shipment depending on the type of shipment chosen are transmitted:
DHL,ROYAL MAIL, MY HERMES UK.
 
In the case of using an external payment system, all data provided after entering the payment operator's website remain registered only in its database and are in no way accessible or stored by www.tiande.co.uk

www.tiande.co.uk uses OVH sp. z o.o. servers based in Wrocław (KRS: 0000220286; NIP: 8992520556) and NetArch Sp. z o.o. store software based in Kraków (KRS: 0000286559; NIP: 945-208-91-38). These companies do not have direct access to personal data and do not process them in any way.

The data are processed for 24 months from the last activity.

www.tiande.co.uk uses the "cookies" technology, i.e. text files placed on your device, in order to enable www.tiande.co.uk to recognize you and adjust www.tiande.co.uk to your needs.
